Description

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) are considering a requirement to procure UK/EU Licensed Tecovirimat Treatment as soon as is technically possible.
To inform this requirement, the MOD seek information in response to the following:
a. Whether it is possible to supply a UK/EU Licensed Tecovirimat
b. If there is a minimum order quantity
c. What price breaks apply, if any.
d. Evidence of UK/EU Licensing
e. Is this product commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS)
f. Indicative pricing
g. Lead times

In addition to confirming whether the above requirements can be met, the following information is required:
1. Licensing status to include GMP/GDP/GLP/GCP in country of origin and any other licensing restrictions that may apply.
The MOD is only seeking information from industry at this stage on availability and basic technical information of potential UK/EU Licensed Tecovirimat Treatment that meet or exceed the requirements listed above.
Submissions with product data sheets are initially invited. Promising and appropriate responses may be followed up by a meeting to discuss the requirement further.
The RFI is Without Commitment and is Subject to Contract.
