RE: GROUND WORKS/SURFACING WORKS

OPTION 1- TARMAC WORKS ONLY - APPROX 693 SQUARE METRES

Scrape off existing tarmac surface. Remove waste from site. (Approx 693 Square Metres)

Prepare and re-consolidate existing granular sub-base, ready to receive new macadam. (Approx 693 Square Metres)

To complete area, supply and lay 60mm of 10mm Ultifastpave macadam surface course to all levels, rises and falls Consolidate when hot with machine roller.

Seal all joints with bitumen.

OPTION 2 - TO SUPPLY & INSTALL PATH EDGING TO PERIMETRES OF NEW DRIVE - APPROX 222 LINEAR METRES

Excavate for, supply and lay 150mm X 50mm pre-cast concrete edging stones, set on and haunched in concrete. Laid to required levels. (Approx 222 Linear Metres)

All work laid in accordance with BS 594987.
