Mae’r contract hwn ar gyfer darparu gwasanaeth archwilio mewnol llawn i’r Coleg. Bydd disgwyl i’r cwmni llwyddiannus ddarparu swyddogaeth arfarnu annibynnol, gan roi sicrwydd bod systemau rheolaeth fewnol y Coleg gan gynnwys y trefniadau hynny ar gyfer cyflawni effeithlonrwydd ac effeithiolrwydd yn ddigonol, am gyfnod o bum mlynedd.

This contract is for the provision of a full internal audit service to the Coleg. The successful company will be expected to provide an independent appraisal function, providing assurance that the Coleg’s internal control systems including those arrangements for achieving efficiency and effectiveness are adequate, for a period of five years.

• Amserlen cwblhau’r gwaith: Datganiad eich bod yn medru cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn yr amserlen a nodir.

• Rheoli Risg: Matrics risgiau yn nodi’r prif risgiau posib a sut y byddech yn delio â nhw.

• Profiad a sgiliau staff perthnasol: CV am bob unigolyn a fydd yn rhan o’r gwaith archwilio gan nodi eu profiad a sgiliau perthnasol i’r gwaith. Nodwch hefyd gyfraddau dyddiol fesul gradd staff.

• Ychwanegu gwerth: Cynigion neu syniadau sydd gennych a fyddai, yn eich tyb chi, yn ychwanegu gwerth i’r gwaith ac yn sicrhau cyflawni’r deilliannau a nodwyd (sicrhewch bod y gost ar gyfer unrhyw gynnig neu syniad newydd yn cael ei osod ar wahân i’r costau’r tendr).

• Pris: Pris ar gyfer darparu’r gwasanaeth a nodir yn y fanyleb uchod ynghyd â dadansoddiad o gostau i gynnwys nifer diwrnodau, cost y dydd, teithio a chynhaliaeth, cost gweithgareddau, cost deunyddiau, yn ogystal â dadansoddiad o gostau ar gyfer elfennau unigol. Your tender document should include the following:

• Experience: Details of your relevant experience in the field, briefly describing the similar work you have completed and to which clients.

• Respond to specification: A separate plan and timetable for the service set out in the above specification.

• Timetable for completion: A statement that you are able to complete the work within the stipulated timeframe.

• Risk Management: A matrix of risks identifying the main potential risks and how you would deal with them.

• Relevant staff experience and skills: A CV about each person who will be part of the auditing work, noting their experience and skills relevant to the work. Please also note daily rates per staff grade.

• Add value: Proposals or ideas you have and that you believe would add value to this work and ensure achieving the stated outcomes (ensure that the cost for any new proposal or idea is set apart from the costs per tender).

• Price: Price for providing the service set out in the above specification plus cost analysis to include number of days, cost per day, travel and subsistence, cost of activities, cost of materials, as well as cost analysis for individual elements. Please indicate if VAT is included or to be added. You can provide optional prices for additional elements, if you wish.
