The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) requires a maintenance and servicing contract for the four Aero MP instruments. The cover includes (but not be limited to) all labour, spare parts and travel for corrective and preventative maintenance visits required to carry out repairs to the original equipment manufacturers standards.<br/><br/>Biaera Technologies LLC is the only supplier capable of providing this level of cover due to the fact they are the OEM and do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments.

Biaera Technologies are the OEM and they do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments. Due to the nature of the work carried out using these instruments it is imperative that they are maintained to the manufacturers standards.
