Following the termination of Buckingham Group Contracting (BGCL) the London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) are seeking to procure a completion contract to construct a new leisure centre with community spaces along with associated external works and car parking.

The scheme has been approximately 40% completed and only essential temporary works have taken place since 17th August 2023.
