This Invitation to Tender relates to the supply of Autodesk AutoCAD software licenses to Wrexham County Borough Council.

The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 1 year period, with 2 options to extend by a further 1 year on each occasion, up to a maximum contract length of 3 years (1+1+1). The possible contract extensions will be subject to the Authority’s needs.

WCBC transferred AutoCAD licencing from Perpetual to Subscription Based Model in 2017. This allowed a 2for1 trade in offer which is valid until 2028.

In total WCBC hold x48 Autocad licences, made up as:

x20 AEC Collection Single-user switched from M2S (2 for 1)

x6 AEC Collection Single-user

x22 AutoCAD w/toolsets - switched from M2S (2 for 1)
