Description

Leicester City Council ("the Council") are commencing a formal process to obtain market intelligence on offerings in the market in relation to the replacement of its Rubrik On-Premise hardware and Software, Rubrik Cloud Vault and Rubrik Office 365 backup platforms
The current Rubrik solutions are in place till May 2025.

The introduction of Rubrik as our backup platform meant that the organisation had for the very first time removed all other siloed backup solutions in favour of one platform. This platform has proved invaluable when restoring data and business applications back to the end user and businesses respectively. The fact that we have one backup platform also means that administration of the platform is undertaken by many and not just a few.

Before potentially commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification.
