Description of the goods or services required

Neath Port Talbot Council (the “Council”) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to devise an Aberavon Seafront Masterplan which sets out a robust development framework for future investment over the next 20 years.

The Aberavon Seafront Masterplan is intended as a live and evolving framework with the flexibility to respond to new pressures, opportunities and proposals as they emerge during its lifespan. By putting people, their well-being and the quality of their lives at its heart.

To achieve this the consultant will be required to consult with various stakeholders and, obtain different forms information, analyse the findings and provide ideas and outcomes that reflect this information, to develop a way forward. The consultant will be expected to have regular contact with the client team in order to prepare the final plan.

The Aberavon Masterplan is funded by the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF). As part of this funding the project is required to meet the SPF outputs and outcomes. A maximum budget of £50,000.00 is available for this project

2. Express an interest in the ITT.

- Click the "Express Interest" button on the right-hand side of the screen.

- This will move the ITT into your "My ITT pages". (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only.)

- Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by selecting ‘Buyer Attachments".

3. Responding to the ITT.

- You can now choose to "Respond’ or ‘Decline to Respond" (please give a reason if declining).

- You can now use the "Messages" function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification.

- Note the ‘Closing Date’, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
