Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a selection of external works to properties in the Park View, Llanharan area of Rhondda Cynon Taff. This consists
of 3, 2 bedroom properties and 2, 3 bedroom properties. The main elements of work include but shall not be limited to; I. the renewal of external pitched roofing; II. flat roofing where applicable; III. cavity extraction where applicable; IV. installation of an external wall render system, V. renewal of doors and windows; and all associated works. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services. |
