The contract will be awarded on an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years. The contract will also contain no fault termination clauses.

The top 6 SQ ranking bidders will be invited to the ISDS stage of the process. In the event bidders scores are within 5 marks of the top 6, One Manchester reserve the right to take up to 8 suppliers to the ISDS stage of the process. It is envisaged 3 suppliers will be invited to dialogue following ISDS evaluations but in the event bidders scores are within 5 marks of the top 3, One Manchester reserve the right to take up to 4 suppliers to the ISDS stage of the process.
