At ClwydAlyn Housing, we are looking for suitably qualified contractors to join a framework contract in the following areas:

Carpentry and Joinery and Glazing

Brickwork, Groundwork

Flooring

Tiling

Damp, Mould, and Condensation

Roofing (including flat roofs) and Guttering.

Plastering

Painting and Decoration

PVC installation – Doors, Windows, Facias

Fire Doors - BM Trada approved

Garage doors

Specialist clearing – Voids, Needles, Dog mess.

Scaffolding

Metal Fabricators / Installers

Additional Trades Planned / Plumbing / Electrical

Plumbing / Heating Engineers (Gas Safe Registered)

General operatives

Electrical Contractors.

We are seeking contractors to work closely alongside our in-house Trades team to both provide planned and reactive services e.g., voids respond within 48 hours. We require pre-agreed rates to allow our team to manage budgets and correctly prioritise works on a consistent basis. Our Stock of over 6000 properties varies from ex local authority houses to new build and extra care facilities therefore it is essential that any interested parties have both domestic and commercial building knowledge. Our properties are located over 7 counties along the North Wales coast from Holyhead to Welshpool with the majority of properties located centrally in Denbighshire, Wrexham and Flintshire.

ClwydAlyn will qualify and award contracts to a limited number of suppliers in each Geographical area/lot that meet ClwydAlyn standard quality requirements and pricing. Work will be allocated via the framework on availability and cost of works required.

ClwydAlyn would look to establish a 2+2 year contract .
