Description of the goods or services required

The Council has the requirement of commissioning animated digital display advertising targeted to residents in Caerphilly County Borough in regard to Adult Community Learning Service. The Council has received funding from the Welsh Government and the purpose of this funding is to enable the Council Adult Learning providers to re-engage with adult learners impacted as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The maximum budget for this requirement is £15,000.00 ex VAT.

Expressions of interest are being sought from suitable providers in the market who can deliver the advertising requirement.

Suitable providers must express an interest to the Council by completing and returning the attached document to this notice. They are required to provide a detailed method statement to be no more than 1 side of A4 arial size font 12, clearly outlining how they propose they shall meet the brief of the advertisement by maximising the funding available.

All expressions of interest must be received no later than 12 Noon Thursday03 August 2023 and received via the Councils e-tendering platform Proactis Plaza.

The Council shall evaluate all expressions of interest and award to the most suitable provider that offers a proposal that offers the highest quality service and who can give the Council the best opportunity to reach adult residents of Caerphilly County Borough over as many different platforms as possible.

Please note that all proposals must be based on the funding available, however the Council reserves the right to hold further discussions with the winning provider.
