II.2.4) Description of the procurement

It is anticipated that Swansea Council will be setting up a contract for the external cleaning of all windows and glass panel doors, internal cleaning of communal areas at 30 Independent Living Schemes throughout Swansea. 6 cleans per year on a bi-monthly basis. It is the purpose of this Prior Information Notice to gather information about the potential interest in this contract and to collect any feedback prior to its publication.

Interested bidders will need to email procurement@swansea.gov.uk no later than 12pm on Friday 21st July 2023 to express an interest in the contract and submit a response to the questionnaire attached to this notice.

The publication of this Prior Information Notice is for information gathering purposes only at this stage and forms part of a market testing initiative. Expressions of interest received will not be scored and will NOT form part of an evaluation process.

This exercise will not be used for the purposes of short-listing at a later stage and non-participation will not restrict access to any tender opportunity that might follow from this exercise.

costs incurred by any party in responding to this exercise. Having considered all representations Swansea Council reserves the right to
