Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in North Lambeth Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £2,768,260 or £19,337,820 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years)

Instructions to bidder:

Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. At SSQ stage Bidders will be required to complete SSQ for Lots 1 to 8 and SSQ for Lot 9 dependent on which Lots they are interested in bidding. At the Invitation to Tender stage Bidders that are invited to bid and are bidding for more Lots than one, will be required to complete the Lots preference table that will be provided with the tender documents.

In addition to the 8 Neigbourhood based Lots/Contracts there will be a Reserved Provider List, Lot 9.Reserve Provider List will be ustilised for provision of services/care packages where a Neighbourhood provider cannot accept all referrals in their neighbourhood area. In addition the list will provide opportunities for smaller and medium size enterprise to bid. There will be no guarantee of work, with individual care packages being brokered as needed. Approx. value is between £1.2 to £2.4 M PA
