Abstract:	The authorities of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an evaluation of the overall EARTh programme, development of a logic model and the production of a forward delivery plan identifying gaps/ opportunities for further development in terms of regional collaboration based on analysis/ mapping of the current practices. 2.2 Description of the contract

The authorities of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an evaluation of the overall EARTh programme, development of a logic model and the production of a forward delivery plan identifying gaps/ opportunities for further development in terms of regional collaboration based on analysis/ mapping of the current practices.
