VII.2) Information about modifications

VII.2.1) Description of the modifications

Change to Tariffs

1. Table 2 of Schedule 18 of the Contract shall be amended to reflect the following changes to the Tariff from the agreed implementation date of the 3rd July 2023 when the Tariff will be amended to:

A. Lamp Column Chargers / Fast Chargers (car park and on-street) - £0.61 p/kWh inclusive of VAT

B. Rapid Chargers (both public and e-taxi bays) - £0.79 p/kWh inclusive of VAT

C. Any Contactless payments made on the network will have a £0.02 p/kWh inclusive of VAT applied to the Tariff.

D. A discount of 15% equivalent to a 67p per kWh price inclusive of VAT will be offered on the Tariff upon the Customer having provided evidence of holding a valid taxi licence or the vehicle being on the published list of licensed Brighton & Hove taxis. Once confirmation is received, the Concessionaire shall issue a RFID card with the discounted rate applied. The RFID card must only be used on electrical vehicle charging points listed in Annex 2.

2. These changes will apply from the 29th July 2023 and shall continue to apply for the remaining term of the Contract (subject to any changes discussed at the annual review meeting set out in clause 9 of the Contract) and Table 2 shall be interpreted accordingly.

In accordance with the CCN No. BHCC010898 we hereby declare and have included samples of

the costs incurred for the supply of electricity.
