This procurement is being managed by the Peninsula Purchasing and Supply Alliance on behalf of Univeristy Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust acting for itself and the following organisations:

• Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust
• Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Eastern & Northern)

Please note: That any other Trust within the boundaries of the South West may join this Contract at any time during the contracted Period.

The close date for the supplier questionnaire is: 19th May 2023 at midday

The deadline for any clarifications regarding the tender documentation is: 26th May at midday

The closing date for all tender responses is: 12th June 2023 at midday

All tender responses are required to include the following completed documents:

• Document 5 - Specification response
• Document 6 - Financial offer schedule
• Document 7 - Form of Offer
• Appendix A - Certificate of non-canvassing
• Appendix B - Deed of guarantee
