Description of the contract

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Emplyer’s Agent/QS and Principle Designer under the CDM Regulations for the construction of 26 newbuild social housing properties on land located at Ysgol Llaingoch school site, South Stack Road, Holyhead, Ynys Môn, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation.
