Description
Cleveland Fire Brigades People Plan 2022-2026 describes the need to "ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills to carry out the right job, at the right time so that
our workforce can make even more of a difference every day and save even more lives".
We are now looking to invest into a Community Volunteer scheme which supports the Brigade"s People Plan and adds capacity to the establishment, enabling skilled and trained members of
the workforce to deliver activities that reduce a higher level of risk while volunteers are utilised to reduce lower levels of risk throughout communities.
We would be interested to hear from organisations that have experience in establishing a Community Volunteer scheme as well as manage and coordinate all volunteer related activities.
Any interest should be directed to the head of procurement lwoodall@clevelandfire.gov.uk
