Description of the goods or services required

The Development Bank of Wales is preparing to go out to tender for provision of cleaning services for our Wrexham office, located in Yale Business Village, LL13 7YL. We intend the contract to begin on 1/8/23 and run for 3 years, with the option of a 3 year extension.

The Development Bank will be inviting tenders for daily cleaning of our ground-floor open-plan office space, including meeting rooms, washrooms and kitchen areas. We require daily cleaning, to include supply of cleaning equipment, materials and consumables. At present we have a single cleaning operative who attends site for 3 hours each evening, 5 days a week. We will also require bi-annual carpet cleaning.
