You are invited to submit your tender for the above works and all relevant documents have been uploaded to the tender portal which you should have received an invite.

Please note that this invitation to tender is strictly restricted to those bidders who were notified of successful inclusion as a result of the PQQ exercise RFT 63942 - 06 RDUH CED and PAU - 06 Questionnaire Children"s Emergency Department and the Paediatric assessment unit which ran, via the CTM Portal between 15/12/2022 and 06/01/2023. Submissions from Bidders not successful in that PQQ process will be rejected unopened.
The proposed works are the 4th Phase of the full ED Refurbishment Project and comprise of the Construction of an extension to the side of the new ED Entrance building within the empty front facing courtyard.

For purposes of the Tender, you will be deemed to have visited the site, inspected the drawings and familiarised yourself with the nature of the site, local conditions and complexity of the work etc. With regard to co-ordination and management of the work on site, a Draft Programme is also required.
Please note that all Tender Forms must be fully completed and signed and uploaded. If Tender Forms are returned incomplete, the Tender will immediately become null and void.

Please note the form of appointment will be NEC 3 Option A Contract.
The intended date for works commencement is the last week of mid August 2023, with a Contract award and mobilisation from mid-June 2023. The completion date is to be advised by the tenderer as part of their tender response.

The closing date for the tenders is 12 noon on 28th April 2023.
