In recognition of this, the Clinical Knowledge Service (“CKS”), now the NHS Wales e-Library was set up a number of years ago to procure access to electronic knowledge resources, this includes electronic journals.
This contract is for the provision of forty-eight (48) electronic journals (including collections), a total of one thousand and fifty-one (1,051) resources.
A mini competition was undertaken via the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (“NICE”) Electronic and Print Content Framework, Lot 4 for Print and Electronic Journals (NICE FAHEE/2125).
The contract is underpinned by the Terms and Conditions of the NICE Electronic and Print Content Framework HSCC Licence Agreement.
