The GLA and TfL organise events and visits to promote their strategic aims and business objectives, and engage with local, national and international audiences.

An agreement will be established to develop, programme, produce and manage key promotional activity associated with UEFA Champions League Final which is being held in London in June 2024. The Agreement will cover the delivery of two temporary Fan Meeting Points and one Fan Festival at a location such as Trafalgar Square.

An agreement will be established to develop, programme, produce and manage key promotional activity associated with UEFA Champions League Final which is being held in London in June 2024. The Agreement will cover the delivery of two temporary Fan Meeting Points and one Fan Festival at a location such as Trafalgar Square.

We propose to run an SSQ and ITT process which will include all of the requirements for the project. Further details on the registration process can be found below.

A virtual engagement session will take place on the 7th of February 2023 at 2pm for those interested, which will include a short presentation and time for questions.

The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to:

- understand the market interest in this procurement,

- identify suppliers who would like to participate in a market engagement meeting. The market engagement will provide an opportunity for suppliers to engage with the authority and to understand the requirements for the services.

All questions prior to or following the engagement day on the 7th February 2023, to be submitted to adeelrajput@tfl.gov.uk
