NI Water wishes to run a single procurement process seeking System Implementation partner (SI) led proposals whereby SI and cloud solution provider will be procured together as a holistic implementation, solution and support offering. NI Water hopes that this procurement process will return the optimal solution that delivers value-for-money based upon stated target outcomes/requirements, rather than seeking to select a solution, or solution components that may not deliver an effective integrated solution.
