For Supply and Installation of Library Automation System for The University of Dodoma HEET Project

INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. P166415 dated 2025/2026 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 13/08/2025.

2. The UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA has received LOAN financing from the World Bank towards

the cost of the Supply And Installation Of Library Automation System For The University Of

Dodoma HEET Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the

contract for Supply and Installation of Library Automation System for The University of Dodoma

HEET Project. “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct

Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for

Investment Project Financing.”

3. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

4. The Quotations shall be valid for 120 days.

5. The required delivery period is 120 days from the issuance of the purchase order

6. The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 01/12/2025.

7. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through NeST.

8. Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
