- The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SCALING-UP LOCALLY LED CLIMATE ACTION PROGRAM (SCALE), coordinated by President"s Office Regional Administration and Local Government and Special Departments (PO-RALG-SD), Ministry of Finance and Planning and First Vice President"s Office (FVPO), there fore the Office intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply of Office Laptop,Computer Desktop and Video Confrence facilities for The First Vice President Unit.
The Principal Secretary, The First Vice Presidents Office, hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser", requires the Purchase of office Laptop,Computer Desktop and Video Confrence Facilities.

Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed NTP /LPO |
- Quotations must be submitted at the The First Vice President Office, on or before 10:00AM 20th January, 2026.
- Opening of quotations shall be thereafter the deadline for quotation submission at the Conference Room Office
- All quotations must be typed or written in indelible ink and must be placed in a sealed envelope using the attached Price Schedule and Technical Specifications. Please include the following eligibility documents in the envelope: Business License. Reqistration Certificate and Tax certificates
- Bids shall be valid for days from the Opening of Bids.
- DELIVERY SITE:The First Vice President Office.
- The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to annul the bidding process and reject all quotations at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders and to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein and to accept such quotation as may be considered advantageous to the government.
- Bidders are entitled to one (1) bid only, otherwise, all bids made shall automatically be rejected.
- Please quote your price(s) including VAT or other applicable taxes expenses for the terms listed/attached;
