1. The United Republic of Tanzania has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Zanzibar Advancing Gender Equality Project (PAMOJA) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Quotation is issued.

2. Now, Ministry of Community, Development, Gender, Elderly and Children on behalf of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar invites you to submit your price Quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices.

3. All Quotations in one original plus One copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked Supply and Delivery of office furniture for PIU must be delivered to the address below.

4. Deadline for submission shall be on Thursday, 30th September 2025. Quotations shall be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend the opening at the:
