1. This Invitation for bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared inUnited Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. 160766 dated AUGUST, 2021and the National e Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated11/07/2024.

2. The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGY has received CREDIT from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of the Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Ict Equipment And Ict Working Tools For Govtech Research and Innovation Center, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the
contracts for Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of ICT Equipment And ICT Working Tools for Govtech Research And Innovation Center.

3. The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of ICT Equipment and ICT Working Tools for Govtech Research And Innovation Center for:

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (Donor Funded) using Request fo Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank procurement regulation dated september 2023

5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY , KIJOLI SAID, P.O.Box 677, Dodoma and inspect the bidding document through NeST.

6. A complete set of bidding document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST freely. Bidders are required to register through NeST and pay the bid participation fees indicated in the NeST (https://nest.go.tz/nest tenderer/wallet/tender-charges) to be able to participate in this Bidding process.

7. NeST payment user guide is made available in the NeST dashboard.

8. Bids must be submitted electronically through NeST on or before 2:00 PM hours local time on 05/09/2024. Bid(s) will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Bid opening details will be available through NeST.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Tender Security - Insurance Bond in the currency of The Tanzanian Shillings worth 50,000,000.00

10. Bids not received or opened through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
