INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

Date: 6th April, 2023

To: All Bidders

1. The Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE)] has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of Higher Education Economic Transformation (HEET), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.

2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II

3. All quotations properly filled in, marked Supply of ICT Equipment and Accessories must be submitted through TANePS.

4. The Quotations shall be valid for 60 days.

5. The required delivery period is 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order.

6. Deadline for submission will be on 20th April 2023. Quotations will be opened through TANePS promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the PMU Office.

7. Late or partial shall not be accepted in the TANePS.
