1. The United Republic of Tanzania through Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has received for a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Higher Education for Economic Transformations (HEET) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Quotation is issued.

2. Now, The STATE UNIVERSITY OF ZANZIBAR (SUZA) Zanzibar on behalf of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar invites you to submit your price Quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices.

• All Quotations in one original plus two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Supply of Special need Equipments” must be delivered to the address below:

• Deadline for submission shall be on27th February 2022 10:30 Quotations shall be opened 10:50am promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend the opening at the STATE UNIVERSITY OF ZANZIBAR (SUZA) Zanzibar, SUZA Translead Building, TR-05-PMU Room.
• The Quotation document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee[1] of Tanzania shillings Fifty Thousand only (Tsh. 50,000). The method of payment will be by Bank through control number by requesting it from this email pmu@suza.ac.tz.

6. Late Quotation or Quotation that is not opened in public shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
