Name of the Contract: Procurement of 2 vehicles (1 crossover, 1 SUV) for PMG Rogun HPP

1. The Republic of Tajikistan received Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Technical Assistance for Financing Framework for Rogun Hydropower Project and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Procurement 2 vehicles (1 crossover, 1 SUV) for PMG Rogun HPP.

2. Project Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction Under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan hereby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for the Procurement of 2 vehicles (1 crossover, 1 SUV) for PMG Rogun HPP.

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. All interested Bidders can obtain a copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for preparation of the quotation in English by submitting an official letter to the address below or through email. The RFQ can also be obtained from the office of Project Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM located at the address below or through the email: grpsgs@gmail.com CC: procurement.rogun.hpp@gmail.com as well as at the address given below.

7. Bidders shall submit their quotation in English in hard copy and must deliver to the address below on or before March 6, 2026, 10:00 am. Late offers will be rejected.
