Assignment Title: Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the Information System (Smart Water Metering Data Management).

Project Management Unit for Municipal Infrastructure Development in the Republic of Tajikistan (PMU MID) has received financing from the World Bank (the Bank) toward the implementation of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project (RWSSP), Grant D4310-TJ, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the Information System (Smart Water Metering Data Management).

The Supplier shall be responsible for the supply, installation, and commissioning of the said Information System.

Project Management Unit for Municipal Infrastructure Development in the Republic of Tajikistan (PMU MID) now invites eligible and qualified Suppliers to express their interest in participating in the procurement for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the Information System (Smart Water Metering Data Management).

The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers,” dated July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Expressions of Interest must be delivered in written form to the address stated below no later than September 19, 2025, 17-00 p.m. (local time).
