• The Republic of Tajikistan Recipient has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Millati Solim Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Repair-rehabilitation works in State Supervision Service for Health Sector and Social Protection facilities Lot 1: 3 in Dushanbe city and RRS Rudaki district; Lot 2: 1Murghob district, GBAO; Lot 3: 1 Ishkoshim district, GBAO, Lot 4: 1 in Bokhtar Khatlon.
• The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Repair-rehabilitation works in State Supervision Service for Health Sector and Social Protection facilities Lot 1: 3 in Dushanbe city and RRS Rudaki district; Lot 2: 1Murghob district, GBAO; Lot 3: 1 Ishkoshim district, GBAO, Lot 4: 1 in Bokhtar Khatlon.
• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project’s Technical Support Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (MOHSP), Kh. Yuldashev, khurshed@millatisolim.tj and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08-00 to 17-00 at the address given below.
• The bidding document in English may be received by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document in PDF format will be sent by email.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 2, 2025 at 15-00. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on July 2, 2025 at 15-00.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as appropriate of Lot 1 – TJS 33 100 or equivalent in freely convertibles currency; Lot 2 – TJS 10 600 or equivalent in freely convertibles currency; Lot 3 – TJS 19 300 or equivalent in freely convertibles currency; Lot 4 – TJS 12 700 or equivalent in freely convertibles currency.
