The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of the World Bank has launched the “Modernizing of the National Statistical System Project in Tajikistan”. The project is financed by the World Bank, and the implementation will be carried out by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan through the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and intends to use part of these funds for: Procurement of IT HW/SW for back-up Network Operations Centre, and other related equipment.

The Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan of the "Modernizing of the National Statistical System Project in Tajikistan”, hereby invites eligible Bidders to submit their sealed bids regarding - Procurement of IT HW/SW for back-up Network Operations Centre, and other related equipment.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers (July 2016; revised in November 2017, August 2018 and 4th Edition November 2020) (Procurement Regulation) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “Modernizing of the National Statistical System Project in Tajikistan”, Dushanbe, 17 Bohtar street, Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, 11th floor, office 1101 and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00 to 16:00.

A complete set of bidding documents in Russian may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application addressed to the Director of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Djamshed Nurmahmadzoda, at the above address. Bidding documents will be emailed to the address above by an authorized company representative.

Bids must be delivered to the address below by July 25, 2024, 15:00 Dushanbe time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on July 25, 2024, 15:00 Dushanbe time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
