1. The Republic of Tajikistan has financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project (RWSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning the Billing System for State Unitary Enterprise “Khojagii Manziliyu Kommunaly” SUE “KMK”.

2. The Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project, Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Installation and Commissioning the Billing System.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project Management Unit (RWSSP), Saidvalizoda A. e-mail: rwssp@midp.tj and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 hrs at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below 15:00 local time on May 24, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 15:05 local time on May 24, 2024.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 12 600.00 USD (eleven thousand five hundred US dollars).
