1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received funding from the World Bank for the implementation of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project (RWSSP) and intends to use part of the funds for the construction of a pipeline from the water treatment plant to distribution chamber No. 1.

2. The Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project Management Unit is inviting eligible bidders to perform the construction works of the following facility:

RWSSP-W/015 "Construction of a water conduit from the water treatment plant to distribution chamber No. 1". The construction period of the facility is 12 months.

3. Competitive bidding will be conducted according to the national competitive bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with the World Bank Guidelines: “Procurement Rules for IPF Borrowers” of the World Bank (July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018) -consulting and advisory services), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 for the World Bank"s conflict of interest policy.

4. Eligible bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents in Russian upon submission of a written application to the address indicated: Dushanbe, 56, N. Karabaeva str., Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project Management Unit (RWSSP)

5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of $67,000.0.

6. Issuance of tender documents and requests for clarification must be received by the Customer no later than: 10 (ten) days before the date of opening of tenders.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 local time February 13, 2023. Electronic procurement is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the bidders and anyone wishing to attend, at the address below at 15:30 local time on February 13, 2023:
