Custom protective sneaker (Швеция - Тендер #42823343)

We are looking for a long-term partner for shoe manufacturing for a new brand, targeting the European market. We have developed a unique design for a sneaker that will come in two models. The two models should come in two color versions from start - 1 white base and 1 with black base.
Visually, the models should be identical, but Version 1 should have unique features such as a steel toe cap and foot protection (Kevlar sole) to be suitable for workplace use, for example, in the construction industry. The uniqueness of the shoe is that it will visually resemble as a training sneaker but function as a safety shoe.
Version 2 should visually look the same as Version 1 but be a regular sneaker without a steel toe cap and foot protection (Kevlar sole).
The most important aspect for us is that the supplier must be able to deliver a fully custom shoe according to our preferences and design. The shoe should have breathability like a running shoe and should be suitable for wearing while walking, exercising, or working.
We have a finalized design that we would gladly provide for the construction of 25 pairs of demo shoes. We would then test the shoe and provide feedback before placing a large order and commencing our long-term collaboration. The final product ( 2 models ) shall be able to be customized in different colors in the future.
We believe that we can make a big impact on the Scandinavian market, and if we can find the right partner who can produce the exact shoe we need at a competitive price, this will be highly profitable for both parties.
We are NOT interested in any other types of models; the most important thing for us is that the shoe can be created from scratch exactly as we want it  completely unique. Sizes we request is EU 40-46. Sole in PU material
