List and brief description of conditions:
Según lo dispuesto en el art 65.2 de la LCSP, las personas licitadoras deberán contar con la habilitación empresarial o profesional que resulte exigible para la realización de las prestaciones que constituyan el
objeto del contrato.
El licitador o la entidad con la que subcontrate el servicio de desinsectación, desinfección y desratización, deberá encontrarse inscrita en el Registro Oficial de Establecimientos y Servicios Biocidas de la
Comunidad Autónoma correspondiente, de conformidad al artículo 27 del Real Decreto 1054/2002, de 11 de octubre, por el que se regula el proceso de evaluación para el registro, autorización y comercialización de
biocidas.
Para la realización de actividades de fumigación y desratización, conforme a los artículos 3 y 4 del Real Decreto 830/2010, de 25 de junio, por el que se establece la normativa reguladora de la capacitación para
realizar tratamientos biocidas, debe presentarse acreditación de las personas que realizarán estas tareas, en el que se certifique haber superado una formación en dicho ámbito, de acuerdo con lo establecido en
el artículo 4 de la citada norma reglamentaria.
