Fraccionamien de la segunda entrega y sus correspondientes pagos en dos plazos dentro de la misma anualidad, sin que suponga modificación alguna del objeto del contrato, en el resto de los plazos parciales, modificación de los presupuestos por anualidades ni incremento en el plazo total subscrito.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Retraso en la entrega del fabricante de chasis, a la que acompaña carta de VOLVO GROUP ESPAÑA S.A.U. fabricante de los chasis RENAULT, que sirven de soporte a las autobombas contratadas confirmando la entrega unicamente de 10 de los 15 chasis necesarios para la entrega prevista antes del 30 de abril de 2023, debido al agravamiento de la crisis en la cadena global de suministro de componentes para la construcción de los mismos derivada del conflicto bélico de Ucrania.
