The Client is currently seeking the expertise of a qualified and experienced service provider to conduct Competition Economics and Law Training. Scope: The appointed service provider will be required to: Programme Design: • Conduct a brief needs assessment in consultation with the Tribunal’s Executive Committee, Head of Case Management and HR Manager; • Develop a modular training curriculum combining competition law and competition economics content; • Incorporate South African case studies and relevant international best practices; • Include practical exercises, case simulations, or mock hearings where applicable; • Develop marked assessments of participating staff to be completed at the end of each module and conduct the assessments.
