Quotations are hereby invited for an occupational health and safety client agent for the engineering services (civil & electrical) for Vredenburg Urban Revitalisation Precinct Development. Scope: • Preparation of a site-specific Health and Safety specification and baseline risk assessment for the construction work to be included in the tender document for the Contract; • Compilation of a site-specific health and safety specifications and baseline risk assessments for construction; • Acting as the Client’s Health and Safety Agent, per month; • Acting as Client Agent and carrying out safety audits (2 Site Safety Audits Monthly) and preparation of a safety audit report; • Attend monthly site meetings; • Provide H&S close out report; • The estimated contract duration shall be twelve (12) months.
