Scope of work: • Provide panel of independent chairpersons for disciplinary enquiries; • Training on ER Matters; • Support HR in CCMA Cases; • Advise Management on Internal ER Cases; • Review ER Policies in line with legislation; • Grievance Management and investigations; • Mediation Services; • Bargaining support; • Mediation and Conciliation; • Employee Relation Advisory; • Dispute Resolution; • Union Management Workshops.
