This is a commercial event where the client intends to enter into a commercial agreement with the winning BOP facility. The client, at its discretion (in relation to the valuation criteria) intends to award the successful bidder and enter into a commercial agreement with them. The successful bidder will be granted access to the client"s infrastructure through a transparent and fair process.
