02-12-2025 Proposals are hereby invited for leasing of Stapelberg Kraal Farm for a period of five (5) years. .02-12-2025 Bids are hereby invited for appointment of a service provider for outsourcing of ICT services as a single service aggregator including network services and infrastructure. Scope: The Client is seeking the following services from a service provider built on ITIL® standards of service delivery and strictly following best practices as prescribed in CoBIT®. As this approach is based on an SSA model, Bidders are required to clearly specify whether they will provide the service themselves or identify the sub-contractor responsible for delivering the service/s. LAN/WAN: • Local Area Network Installation and Maintenance Services; • Network Points; • Expansion of the LAN; • Wide Area Network Services; • Wide Area Network Requirements; • Internet Access Services; • IP Telephony Services; • General Business Telephony Requirements; • Call Centre Telephony Requirements; • Number Porting Requirements. Additional Services Required: • Bulk Email Service; • Bulk SMS Service; • Cloud Management Services; • Migration of Existing Servers and Services; • SANParks E-Business Website Hosting, Support and Maintenance. Security Services: • Security Operations Centre (SOC) Services; • Vulnerability Assessment Services; • Perimeter Protection Services; • PCI DSS Governance and Monitoring Services.
