Inclusive of attendance to all structural/civil, electrical and mechanical defects. The work involves inter alia repairs to the existing roofs that is leaking, repairs to broken/worn floor/wall tiles throughout the complex, repairs to window frames, doors, sanitary ware and cracks in the walls, moisture in the walls, repairs to electrical installation, repairs on perimeter fencing and civil engineering infrastructure, service or replacement of air-conditioning units, upgrading facilities for the disabled, security matters, ironmongery, etc. Required at: Bloemfontein.
