Scope: Appoint a qualified service provider to restore, repair and secure the facility to ensure the safety, functionality and continuity of operations: 1. Restore Electricity Supply to the Facility: • Reconnect and restore full electrical power supply to the Helenvale Resource Centre; • Inspect, test and repair all damaged cables, conduits, DB boards and breakers; • Replace all compromised wiring and components as necessary; • Test and certify all electrical work in accordance with SANS and municipal regulations; 2.
