Quotations are hereby invited for appointment of a service provider for garden maintenance, cleaning the exterior of the buildings and landscaping of the clients head office for a period of 6 months as per specifications. Scope: The service provider will appoint four (4) full-time garden maintenance grounds men, who will be on site Monday to Friday from 07h00 to 16h00 with a 1-hour lunch between 11h00 to 12h00. Providing daily cleaning of paving parking lot, grass, flowers, garden maintenance, flowerpot maintenance, ad-hoc services. Moreover, three (3) seasonal grounds man to assist with tree felling and other seasonal work which may arise from season to season and as and when required.
