Extension of Closing Date: Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of service provider to supply and install an electric fence at Springbok Weather Office, Namaqualand, Northern Cape. The electric fence must be installed on the inside of the current fence at a distance of approximately 0.5meter from the existing fence. In addition the following must be provided to: - Provision should be made for the motorized gate (vehicle entry) complete with gate switch. - The electric fence must be equipped with an 8-joule energizer with alarm, strobe light, battery backup and remote-control activation/de-activation. - Total height of the electric fence must be at least 2.3m and must be electrified from the bottom to the top. - The total length of the existing perimeter fence is approximately 300 meters.
