Re-advertisement: Extension of Closing Date: Tenders are hereby invited for overhaul and refurbishment of various valves during planned / unplanned outages and normal maintenance at Tutuka Power Station for a period of 5 years. The scope covers manual valves, Safety valves, Fischer control valves and pneumatic valves overhaul and refurbishment during planned outages, normal maintenance and unplanned shutdown at Tutuka Power Station. The service provider to ensure that overhauled valves will not require overhauling in between outage intervals: • Zero forced shut down for rework after the outage. • Zero trips as a result of outage poor workmanship. The scope includes all valve maintenance from Unit 1 to Unit 6 excluding the electrical actuators, opening of gland steam condenser, gland steam drain tank, Drains cooler, LP heaters, De-aerator and De-aerator Storage Tank, HP heaters.
