(c) Post-Auction Activities: (i) Finalize the sale agreements and ensure payment collection; (ii) Provide a report detailing the results of the auction, including sale prices and any issues that arose; (iii) Return any unsold assets or resolve the matter according to agreed terms; (iv) Storage facilities to ensure safeguarding of assets; (v) Financial reconciliation and settlement of sold assets; (vi) Safeguarding of assets post auction.
